Fred Aframian joined the Kidder Mathews West Los Angeles office in 2021, where he focuses on the sale of commercial real estate properties, primarily located in Los Angeles, California, in the “middle-market” price range of $20 million. Having completed more than $1 billion in transactions over his 20 years of real estate experience, Fred has a strong understanding of market conditions that impact his client’s assets and can provide great value in making real estate decisions. His background in property-management, leasing and sales brings a well-informed, strategic approach to property-owners and investors looking to achieve the greatest value while minimizing risk.
