For many years, he represented national and international companies throughout the United States in the acquisition and disposal of commercial real estate properties. Frank has become known throughout the industry for his insight, creativity, and success rate. Prior to his entrance into the real estate industry, Frank worked extensively in the private lending field, where he won notable acclaim for his intelligence, perception, and ability to consistently enhance the value of foreclosed properties. Frank is also a veteran of the manufacturing industry, having built and operated a 50,000 square foot facility dedicated to the production of sweaters for the wholesale and retail trade. As a result, he has an extensive background in manufacturing processes and warehousing distribution. Frank has assisted several foreign startup companies locate to the area, including but not limited to manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution. He has been involved not only with location issues, but with financing, lease/sale negotiations, obtaining zoning permits, and certificate of occupancy applications.
