Frank O'Neill
Prior to beginning his commercial real estate career, Frank served sixteen years on active duty in the Marine Corps, then seven years as a Special Agent with the FBI. Frank resigned from the FBI and joined Preferred Real Estate Investments in 2001. Frank was teamed with Larry Doyle and Rick Heilmann in Preferred’s New Jersey office from 2001 to 2006. During this period The Preferred New Jersey team was responsible for the acquisition, lease-up and sale of over two million square feet of commercial space. In 2006, Frank joined O’Neill Properties Group as the director of commercial sales and leasing. Frank became the operations manager for International Raw Materials in Australia in 2010. He remained in Australia until 2014 when he returned to the United States to join The Arlington Group. Frank is licensed broker in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
