Frank Norvell

Frank is founding principal and Broker in Charge of Norvell Real Estate Group. He has over 30 years experience in brokerage and has successfully negotiated millions of square feet of sales and lease transactions. He has brokered many notable investment sales for both private entities and corporations. Frank has an extensive background in office and industrial leasing, as well as regional retail leasing and development experience. Frank's early career included working as Director of Leasing for Dallas based Paragon Group's North and South Carolina multi-million square foot office and industrial portfolio. He went on to become commercial broker, advisor to family office and multiple-year Top Producer at Beach Commercial where he was involved in the development and lease-up of numerous mixed use and retail development projects, including Walmart, Piggly Wiggly, Harris Teeter, Publix and Food Lion anchored retail centers in the Carolinas. Frank founded Norvell Real Estate Group in 1998, and has held the Society of Office and Industrial Realtors designation since 1997.
