Frank Morisey

Frank Morisey is the President and owner of Morisey Commercial. Prior to forming Morisey Commercial, Mr. Morisey worked for Tri Properties, Inc. from 2003 until April of 2008 as a real estate broker where his primary responsibilities included leasing of a portfolio that includes over 3.5 million square feet. Mr. Morisey received the designation as a 2006 “Heavy Hitter” by the Triangle Business Journal, was a member of the 2006 Million Dollar Office Leasing Club, and a 2005 and 2006 CoStar Power Broker. He also received the Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors 2006 Lease Transaction of the Year award. Mr. Morisey is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a BS in Business Administration from the Kenan Flagler Business School. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors (TCAR), and is actively pursuing his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. In addition to his Morisey Commercial responsibilities, Mr. Morisey is a founding principal and partner in NorthLand Partners, LLC and NorthLand Construction, LLC. Formed in May of 2009 with partners Frank Robuck and Mark Barker, NorthLand Partners focuses on multifamily development and acquisitions in the Triangle area of North Carolina and NorthLand Construction, LLC serves as general contractor for all projects developed by NorthLand Partners, LLC. Morisey Commercial will assist with project sourcing, client relations, and development support for NorthLand Partners’ developments.
