Frank McCleneghan

Frank is a native Charlottean and has developed many long-lasting relationships with decision makers in the Charlotte business community. Since starting his real estate career in 1984, Frank has focused on office leasing/sales, tenant representation, and land assemblage, especially in the Midtown and South End neighborhoods of Charlotte. Frank has represented numerous landlords with space in Atherton Mill, Camden Village, and on South Boulevard (Westport Big & Tall). He has also represented users in the area such as Hill Partners, Michael DeMayo, Modern Fabrics, and Liquid Design. Frank has actively been a part of the growing neighbors surrounding Uptown, and is well-versed in land, retail, office, and multi-family.
