Frank Cole

Frank Cole is a Vice President in the Investment/Land Division of Henry S. Miller Brokerage. His career has included working as a real estate lender, developer and consultant. Consultancy clients have been real estate developers, lenders and government agencies including the FSLIC, FADA, RTC and the FDIC. He is also a member of the Texas Alliance of Land Brokers. Professional History Frank started his career in banking as a commercial lender for the largest bank in the south and later as an EVP of a regional real estate financial institution. Prior to joining Henry S. Miller, Frank worked as an commercial real estate broker contracted with a number of companies. His assignments included serving as the landlord’s leasing representation for a one million square-foot office and industrial company with 21 buildings on 17 campuses that had nine multi-tenant buildings. Previously, for the same portfolio he served as chief operating officer at Twenty Twenty Properties, Inc. Frank was also president of Newmarket Management, which included midrise office, retail, multifamily and self-storage properties.
