Frank Cava

Frank Cava comes from a construction family. At the age of 5, Frank started going to work with his father and grandfather, both electricians. From that time on he has loved the world of construction. When he graduated high school, Frank just wanted to work in construction with his dad. However, his father knew the value of education and insisted he get his degree. Frank enrolled at the University of Florida and graduated 7th in his class with a degree in Construction Management. Seeking a new challenge, Frank moved to Virginia to work with one of the largest publicly held home builders in the U.S. There, he was exposed to very facet of construction and honed his craft. By the time he struck out on his own, Frank had managed the construction of over 2,000 homes, sold more than 2,500 homes, and managed the development of over 3,000 homesites. Frank also managed a team of 70 with annual sales of $75 million to $200 million. He and his team closed over $1 billion in real estate.
