Frank Buchanan

Mr. Buchanan has overall responsibility for the firm’s commercial leasing, brokerage and management functions. He has over 25 years experience in real estate development, brokerage, and asset management. Prior to starting MaKensay, Mr. Buchanan was a principal of Colliers Real Estate Services where he was responsible for the brokerage and management of their portfolio, and he negotiated the sale of several major downtown properties. Prior to joining Colliers, he was a Development Manager for Carma Developers a national real estate development company. Mr. Buchanan earned his B.A. in Business from Colorado College and his M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Washington. Mr. Buchanan is the
