Frank Bozikovich

Mr. Bozikovich specializes in the sale or acquisition of retail centers and select tenant and landlord representation. Mr. Bozikovich has over 20 years of business experience as an owner of a multi-unit retail operation, as a business consultant, and as a sales executive. He has conducted site location analyses and commercial lease negotiations. In addition, he has had business dealings with many of the 100 largest national retailers, the franchise industry and has been instrumental in numerous business brokerage transactions. EXPERIENCE During the years Mr. Bozikovich consulted in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Solutions to the retail industry, he worked with major corporations such as Sears, Office Depot, Sports Authority, West Marine, Nike Retail, Disney Stores, Chico’s, Friedman’s Jewelers, and PetsMart. He specialized in providing solutions for optimizing site location analysis for new stores as well as monitoring impact of “direct channels” on Brick and Mortar stores. He assisted retailers in understanding and discovering the power of integrating CRM and Mapping software tools in predictive modeling when optimizing for these solutions. And he assisted those retailers in integrating their various channels and touch points to transact more profitably with their customers. As an owner-operator, Mr. Bozikovich launched and developed a retail business that grew to nine stores and 65 employees in 6 years. During this time period, in addition to successfully managing the growth of this business, he personally conducted all site selection analysis and negotiated the leases for each of these locations. As a business consultant, Mr. Bozikovich developed and managed several business engagements locally and internationally with small and large corporations generating well over $5 million in consulting revenues from 40 different projects.
