Florian is an Executive Vice President in RIPCO’s New Jersey office. Florian has over twenty years of experience in retail real estate representing tenants, landlords and developers. Florian assists developers and landlords looking to buy or sell property, and expand their real estate portfolio by purchasing shopping centers, strip centers, mixed-use buildings, land and free-standings sites. Florian represents some of the largest developers in the New Jersey market. On the tenant side, Florian exclusively represents local, regional, and national retail tenants in their retail store expansion effort and provides analysis of existing retail locations and potential relocation throughout New Jersey. Prior to becoming a real estate broker, Florian owned high-end gift/collectible stores located in large New Jersey and New York malls.
