Fisher Paty

Mr. Paty is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Oakhurst Realty Partners. Fisher has over 24 years of commercial real estate banking and transaction-related experience and co-manages all aspects of Oakhurst Realty Partners. At Oakhurst Realty Partners, he is active in asset management and leasing, as well as the redevelopment and repositioning of properties. Prior to forming Oakhurst Realty Partners, Mr. Paty has served in investment banking, brokerage, asset management, acquisitions, and consulting. At Eastdil Secured, he directly participated in and executed investment sale transactions totaling over $1.5 billion of office, retail and industrial properties. As a Leasing Representative, he has been involved in hundreds of lease transactions. As an Asset Manager, he has managed over 4.5 million square feet of office, retail and warehouse properties located throughout the U.S. Mr. Paty started his career in the Real Estate Advisory Services practice of Ernst & Young, LLP. Mr. Paty is currently the President of the Avondale Estates Business Association. Mr. Paty holds a Bachelor of Science degree (Magna Cum Laude) with dual majors in Real Estate and Finance, and a minor in Economics from University of Florida. In addition, Mr. Paty is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
