Clients appreciate Finley’s honest and direct approach as well as his background as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Since 2019, Finley has personally led the execution of transactions involving over 150 properties comprised of more than 3,500 apartment units for an excess of $200 million. Before joining Matthews™, Finley worked at a national brokerage firm where he consistently ranked as one of the top brokers. Finley previously worked at Ernst & Young in the Transaction Advisory Services group where he assisted Fortune 500 companies in multibillion-dollar international acquisitions.
