Farid Khayamian, a real estate broker, author, and entrepreneur, was born in Tehran, the capital of Iran. Growing up in a family deeply involved in real estate development and law, Farid was introduced to the industry at a young age. As a teenager, he began working alongside his father, a prominent real estate and business attorney in the Middle East In the 90s, Farid left Iran to resettle in Spain, with his wife, Peggy. Here, Farid was presented with an opportunity to utilize the valuable experiences he had gained when working with his father. Over the course of the three years he lived in Spain, he embarked on a career in real estate construction and craft retail businesses. Farid and his wife then relocated to Belgium, where they focused on property development and remodeling projects, with emphasis on traditional European architecture and Flemish interior design. Farid's career trajectory provided him with professional experience in both Middle Eastern and European construction techniques. This hands-on involvement, coupled with his strong proficiency in Farsi, Spanish, and English, provided him with a solid foundation for future professional ventures. Ten years later, Farid and Peggy relocated to the United States, settling in San Diego, California. Drawing from his extensive knowledge of architecture and real estate from the Middle East and Europe, Farid established a successful business, specializing in the design and construction of commercial and residential properties. By 2007, both Farid and his wife obtained their real estate licenses and founded the Bluxen Corporation, a company dedicated to the development and implementation of innovative real estate solutions. The Bluxen Corporation distinguishes itself from competitors by offering carefully tailored services through the provision of specialized packages for international clients, supporting them through their transition to the San Diego area. After years of working with clients from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds, Farid and Peggy recognized the need for an accessible, multilingual real estate guidebook. This guidebook, produced in English, Spanish, Arabic, and Farsi, was designed to assist all individuals in deepening or developing their understanding of the essential aspects of buying or selling property in California. The guidebook further aims to help individuals gain knowledge on investment risk mitigation, and navigate the complexities of real estate investment. Today, Farid and Peggy have developed three successful businesses, offering a comprehensive suite of services, including real estate sales, property management, and development. Delivered in collaboration with an interprofessional team of partners and contractors, Farid and Peggy work to ensure a comprehensive and seamless experience for their clients looking to buy, sell and invest in real estate.
