Faith Pamplin

Faith Pamplin is Senior Vice President of Equity Partners and is responsible for all aspects of the company’s operations. Ms. Pamplin is a Lic. Real Estate Broker/Associate with over twelve years of experience in Central Florida commercial real estate. Faith’s primary focus at Equity Partners is new developments and acquisitions, as well as financial reporting for the firm’s lenders and investors. Since joining Equity Partners in 2010, Faith led the development of four class “A” single-story office buildings (over 175,000 SF) within the Central Florida Research Park, including Challenger One, Science One (NAIOP Development of the Year), Discovery One, and Ingenuity One. In addition, Faith led the extensive renovation of three CFRP office buildings (over 100,000 SF) acquired by Equity Partners and its affiliates. Leasing, Construction Management, and Asset Management also fall under Ms. Pamplin’s responsibility. These seven properties developed and/or acquired/renovated by Faith Pamplin are 100% leased. Faith graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Real Estate and has been actively involved in CRE industry organizations such as CREW and NAIOP.
