Embarking on my real estate journey with my first license in 1986 in Northern Minnesota, I've remained dedicated to the world of real estate ever since. Over the years, I've personally engaged in the buying and selling of numerous properties, leading to the attainment of my Broker Associate license in South Dakota in 2010. After a brief hiatus, I reactivated my license in February 2016, and since then, I've been passionately facilitating connections between sellers and buyers. As the proud owner of Lewis Realty, I now extend my expertise to serve the picturesque landscapes of the Black Hills in South Dakota, as well as Wyoming and Nebraska. My expertise lies in identifying unique properties within the Black Hills, and I'm continuously expanding my knowledge in the realm of commercial sales. With a natural talent for matching properties with people and a keen ability in the art of negotiation, I approach every transaction with pleasant persistence and cheerful determination.
