Faith specializes in the leasing and marketing of third-party retail, with an energetic focus on new ground-up retail developments throughout the state of Michigan. Faith’s responsibilities include market analysis and evaluation, strategic marketing plans, and the negotiation of leases. Faith kicked off her real estate career in residential real estate over eight years ago. Rapidly shifting her attention to commercial real estate, she became a Sales Associate at Mid-America Real Estate-Michigan, Inc. Today, Faith exclusively represents a local Metro-Detroit-based development firm, which develops over 100 new projects a year in 35 states, delivering space to the top retailers in the county. Faith is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and ChainLinks Retail Advisors, a national affiliation of retail brokers.
