Fabio Fiumana

Fabio is a real estate executive with over 20 years of industry experience having represented national landlords and tenants. With a Business B.A. from the University of Bologna, his knowledge of and access to international retail markets, languages and experience are an asset in this global economy. Most recently Regional VP of Real Estate with Quiznos and formerly with Olympia & York Enterprise, Fabio was responsible for managing real estate portfolios for national companies such as Loblaw Properties Limited, RETROCOM REIT, Manu life and other clients. Previous to that, Fabio was a real estate professional in the brokerage business, quarterbacking deals with Loblaw, Shoppers Drug Mart, Rexall, Staples and other first line tenants. Fabio has represented tenants in an executive capacity and has in-depth familiarity with P&Ls, financial viability and brand longevity as well as the logistics of multi-unit national retail brands. Useful both to landlords and tenants, the business and financial synergies of a successful relationship between the parties. His business network includes a plethora of key decision makers, including national and regional landlords as well as tenants.
