Eymon Binesh is an investment specialist in the firm's founding Palo Alto office. As a Senior Vice President, Eymon exclusively represents buyers and sellers in the acquisition and disposition of multi-family and retail properties throughout the country with a concentration in the Bay Area. Eymon started his career at Marcus & Millichap in July 2018, and successfully closed $100,000,000 of investment sales during his first year. Eymon holds the record for highest producing rookie in the 50-year history of Marcus & Millichap’s founding Palo Alto office. Notably, he was named Marcus & Millichap’s 2019 National Rookie of the Year out of over 80 offices nationwide and in Canada. Eymon has established himself as a market leader in the Bay Area. He has earned numerous awards including multiple National Achievement Awards, Sales Recognition Awards, the Rising Star Award, and the highly-coveted National Rookie of the Year. Eymon has successfully brokered over $570,000,000 of commercial real estate since January 2019.
