Evelyn Hamilton specializes in Moorpark/Simi Valley and San Fernando Valley, primarily in industrial and office real estate. With 10+ years operating as an Office Manager at the Pasadena Branch and processing over 3,500 transactions, she is ready and equipped to serve her clients with the knowledge she’s attained from working for some of the top brokers in the industry. Evelyn graduated from the University of California, Riverside with a Bachelor of Science in Business and a focus in Marketing in 2008. Evelyn started her real estate career as a residential realtor with West Capital Realty in Glendora and then joined NAI Capital in 2012 as an office manager where she found her passion for commercial real estate. She took on the role of Associate in April 2023 when she partnered with award winning broker & Executive Vice President, Dave Maron, in the specialization in commercial/investment and industrial and office properties throughout the Los Angeles / San Fernando Valley. Evelyn is an excellent communicator and is also fluent in Spanish, thus extending that service to her Spanish- speaking clients.
