Evan O'Brien

Evan O'Brien joined Cushman & Wakefield's Hartford office in 2005, joining Director Bob Motley to form the New Haven County team, focusing on retail/office leasing and investment sales. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. O'Brien was a real estate analyst with Galaxy Development specializing in retail development and leasing throughout Connecticut and Massachusetts. As part of the New Haven team, Mr. O'Brien is responsible for developing and cultivating business relationships with owners, managers and users in the Connecticut and New Haven marketplace and advising such clients in negotiations and the structuring of lease and sale transactions.
