Evan joined the Western Pennsylvania brokerage team following Cushman & Wakefield’s merger with DTZ, where he provided tenant representation services to myriad clients throughout the Pittsburgh region. Now with more than a decade of experience under his belt, Evan leads the industrial team in Western Pennsylvania, driving business development by establishing relationships with regional and national owners and tenants with interest in the warehouse/distribution, manufacturing, flex and R&D sectors throughout North America. Recognized repeatedly by the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) locally and nationally for his accomplishments, Evan’s diverse skill set provides him with the resources required to handle a broad range of assignments from facilitating acquisitions and dispositions to comprehensive market evaluations, site selection and lease negotiations on behalf of multi-market clients. Evan collaborates with colleagues across C&W’s Industrial Forum and connects with specialists throughout the company’s robust service line platform to ensure he applies his core principle of consistently delivering optimal results for every client.
