Evan Beeson is a Vice President with Bellagio Real Estate Partners – focusing on Net Lease Disposition and Acquisition Advisory, 1031 Exchange Transactions, and Sale-Leasebacks of retail investment properties across the country. Other services include Valuation and Market Analysis for local and national clients. Prior to joining Bellagio, Evan worked on real estate acquisitions at American Private Equity Group, specializing in multifamily value-add assets. Previous to that role, he worked in the net lease space as an analyst and broker for Baum Realty Group. Evan graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, where he received a Bachelors degree in Finance and Real Estate. He is a member of Young Real Estate Professionals (YREP) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
