Ethan Mann is an ambitious commercial real estate professional specializing in San Francisco sales, leasing, and advisory services. He has been the lead on transactions spanning the leasing of industrial assets in the South of Market district, tenant representation for established technology companies, sales of mixed-use assets, as well as acquisition advisory and joint venture structuring. Ethan is known for his relentless attitude, attention to detail, and work ethic. He prides himself on precision, clear communication, and building strong, lasting relationships with his clients. Ethan attended the University of Wisconsin–Madison’s School of Business, where he studied Business with a focus on Real Estate & Urban Land Economics. A San Francisco native, Ethan attended St. Ignatius College Prep, where he played football and was a 1st Team All-WCAL & All-Metro San Francisco defensive end.
