Ethan Conrad began his commercial real estate career in 1989 as an Industrial Real Estate Broker for Bishop Hawk, Inc. He quickly established himself as a top producer known for closing a high volume of deals. Ethan was awarded “Rookie of the Year” and was consistently in the top 5% of all brokers for Bishop Hawk throughout his tenure with the company. Additionally, Ethan has won a variety of awards, including the ACRE Industrial Broker of the Year Award for being the top Industrial Broker in the Greater Sacramento Area. In 1995, Ethan began his landlord career by purchasing two “Value Add” commercial properties. Ethan’s keen eye for opportunity, business savvy, and brokerage experience gave him unique skills for seeing and developing the potential in distressed commercial properties. He first targeted industrial properties, and by 2007, Ethan owned and managed over 35 commercial properties in the Sacramento region. In 2018, Ethan was recognized by the Business Journal as being “One of the top 100 Most Influential people in Commercial Real Estate in the nation”. This recognition confirmed that Ethan is among the “Best of the Best” real estate developers and owners in the country. Today, Ethan Conrad Properties owns and manages over 170 Commercial Properties, which equates to just over 10.0 million Square Feet throughout the greater Sacramento and Central Valley regions. This includes over 1,790 tenants and has a combined value of over $1.5 Billion.
