Esther Austin began her commercial real estate career with CB Richard Ellis, where her client list included a variety of institutional and other office building owners. In her capacity as the team member devoted solely to landlord representation services, Ms. Austin is responsible not only for the development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing plan for each of the properties she represents, but also for representing these clients in lease negotiations and transactions at each property, with the overall goal being value enhancement of the asset.
