Esteban''s passion for commercial brokerage is fueled by his desire to facilitate his clients find the precise real estate solutions for their business. Esteban is committed to delivering the optimum possible results to his all of his clients. Esteban has extensive experience representing a wide variety of clientele - buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. His market knowledge and years of experience allow him to negotiate aggressively and accomplish profitable contracts for his clients. He has the ability to see potential in projects that others may overlook. Some of his most notable accomplishments have resulted from identifying properties for clients that may not have even been listed on the market. As a leasing commercial broker, Esteban has developed a consistent record of helping his clients achieve significant increases in rental revenues and occupancy. Esteban s commitment to finding the right tenants and his persistence in seeing negotiations through to completion make him an excellent representative for any property owner. On the tenant side, he is knowledgeable in all aspects of lease negotiation for both small and large tenants. He has also represented numerous national chain tenants in expansion efforts throughout Southern California. Prior to beginning his brokerage career, Esteban worked as a senior financial executive and consultant. He worked with many prestigious companies including Robinson''s May Department Stores, Sony Television Entertainment Group, Airgas Rutland Tools and McKesson Water. Esteban attended the University of Southern California and is a proud member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the AIR Commercial Real Estate Association.
