Ernie Ochoa, CCIM

Ernie Ochoa is the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) of the Keller Williams Property Team in Merced, California, where he specializes in the sale and lease of development, agricultural and ranch, and multifamily land in Merced County. He has been a CCIM designee since 2022. Ernie Ochoa attained his real estate license in 1998 and served as Sales Manager at Century 21 M&M Associates from 2005-2008. Previously, Mr. Ochoa also worked as an Assistant Office Manager/Owner of London Properties from 2015 to 2019, where he oversaw brokerage needs in leasing and selling properties.
