Ernie M. Eden, originally from Dallas, Texas, has lived in Georgia since 1980. He holds the prestigious S.E.C. designation, awarded by the Society of Exchange Counselors, and the CCIM designation, awarded by the CCIM Institute of the National Association of REALTORS. Licensed in Georgia since 1982, he is a past president and a current Vice President of the Association of Georgia Real Estate Exchangors, and is also a member of the National Council of Exchangors, the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS, the Georgia Association of REALTORS, and the National Association of REALTORS. Ernie lives with his wife, Liz Frazer, in the Morningside neighborhood of Atlanta, where they raised their two grown children. He is an alternative energy enthusiast, a baker, a gardener, an avid contra dancer, a former youth soccer coach, and has been involved for many years in affordable housing.
