Erika Dalisera

A Maryland native, Erika Dalisera joined the Retail Services team at CBRE in 2021. Erika leads and manages the team’s Landlord Representation portfolio. In this role, she works closely with national, regional, & local Landlords, providing them with the strategic market expertise, merchandising recommendations, and advising during lease negotiations & transactions in the District of Columbia, Suburban Maryland and Northern Virginia. Prior to joining CBRE, she worked as a Client Relationship Manager at CoStar Group, providing workshops and market knowledge to a vast number of Washington, DC Metropolitan Area real estate groups.
