Erik Sikes joined the Zehner Davenport Industrial Group after graduating from Brigham Young University. His interest in industrial real estate developed after a college summer internship program at Cushman & Wakefield where he learned the dynamics of the industry from first-hand experiences. During his collegiate years, Erik was a 3-year starter for the BYU men’s volleyball team, where the cougars were a two-time NCAA championship runner-up in 2016 & 2017, and 3-time MPSF champions. In addition, he overcame two knee injuries to become the first BYU libero to finish first in the MPSF conference in digs per set, and he currently holds the university record for the highest digs per set in a single season. On the academic side, he was selected to the all-MPSF academic team for 2 seasons, as well as making the BYU dean’s list his freshman year. His athletic experiences taught him invaluable life lessons and the importance of perseverance, dedication and overcoming adversity. Due to his strong work ethic, success in a team environment and constant motivation to accomplish personal goals, Erik joined Voit and the Zehner Davenport team to focus on serving the needs of owner-users and tenants in the North Orange County Market.
