Erik Lawshe

Since joining NAI Farbman in 2008 as a specialist in retail shopping center leasing and sales, Erik has established himself as one of the best agents in the marketplace. Erik excels in real estate through his dedication, passion and integrity. His experience includes coordinating leasing efforts to re-position distressed assets, facilitating lease and sale transactions, evaluating property values, and marketing high-value assets and power centers. Erik also exclusively represents national and regional tenants, institutional banks, and many local owners and operators. Erik was born and raised in Metro Detroit and so his market knowledge is deeply rooted in this region. In addition to his work as a real estate agent, he enjoys cycling, skiing, golf and more.
