Erik Johnson

Erik is a licensed real estate broker focused on retail/office/industrial/land/medical/etc., buyer/seller/tenant rep for owner-users and investors. He is active in the real estate industry serving on several boards/committees. He's a CCIM Designee serving as the East Coast District (FL Chapter) President in 2023 and 2024. He's also the Past President for the Realtors Commercial Alliance (RCA) of Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Counties. In 2021 he received both the RCA "Realtor® of the Year” Award and the National Association of Realtors® National Commercial Award for his exceptional service and contribution to the commercial real estate industry. He is a proud University of Florida Gator graduate and serves his community with aplomb including organizations like the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and Business College Advisory Board of Keiser University. Also, he maintains a real estate license in Michigan with Milliken Realty where he advises clients in the greater Detroit and Ann Arbor markets. Mr. Johnson loves the outdoors.
