Erik Hallgrimson, CCIM joined Cushman & Wakefield (formerly CPS, Cassidy Turley & DTZ) in 1999 and served as Senior Vice President, Principal until 2011 when he became a Partner. Currently, Erik serves as Executive Managing Director specializing in Office, R&D, Mixed-Use and Land and Investment Sales. Prior to joining the company, Erik worked at Andersen Consulting from 1996 to 1999. Areas of expertise include Office, R&D, Manufacturing and Warehouse, Brokerage, and Investment Sales. Prior to working with Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Hallgrimson worked with Andersen Consulting from 1996-1999 after receiving his Bachelor of Business Administration from University of San Francisco in 1996. Recognition & accomplishments include: 2002 #6 in Top 25 Commercial Brokers (SJ Business Journal), 2001 #18 in Top 25 Commercial Brokers (SJ Business Journal), 2000 ASVB Rookie of the Year Award, 2000, 2002-2003 CPS President's Club Member, Association of Silicon Valley Brokers (ASVB).
