Erik Conradi

Erik works as an associate for the Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer Capital Markets Group. He focuses on investment sales in Hampton Roads out of the Virginia Beach office. Before he began his career at Thalhimer, Erik was the managing director of the Hampton Roads office of Worldwide Express, a Dallas based shipping and logistics company. He was responsible for daily operations and led the office to year-over-year record growth. Prior to that Erik worked for a general contractor as a jobsite superintendent.
