Erik Broman

Erik has been a Colorado resident since 1990 and completed his B.A. from Colorado State University with a concentration in Real Estate and Finance. He began his real estate career with Wheeler Commercial in 2006 and stayed on board after Wheeler was acquired by Marcus & Millichap. With over two years of investment real estate experience at Marcus & Millichap, specializing in the brokerage of multi-family residential properties in Northern Colorado, Erik joined the Realtec team in January 2009. Erik has been a top performing apartment broker in Northern Colorado and is committed to providing apartment owners and developers the highest quality advisory and brokerage services possible. In addition to multifamily investments, Erik focuses on retail, office, industrial and investment properties for clients in Northern Colorado. He provides a high level of service and assists owners in positioning their properties for either sale or long-term ownership. Erik also provides tenant and buyer representation and enjoys helping clients achieve their goals.
