Erik Barbic

Erik is a Principal of Sherman and Boone Realtors, Inc. and oversees the day-to-day operations of the corporation. Specializing in commercial real estate, Erik's involvement in managing large scale, ground up development projects (both commercial and residential) have given him a wide breadth of experience to better assist his brokerage clientele. He holds Real Estate Broker's licenses in California and Colorado. Additionally, Erik is a principal of Sphere Management, LLC which specializes in Real Estate Development, Investment and Asset Management. He also is the sole owner of SBA Commercial which is active in both California and Colorado. Erik was born and raised in Santa Cruz. He graduated from the University of the Pacific (Stockton, CA) with a B.S. degree in Business Administration with specializations in Finance and Real Estate. While at Pacific, Erik was a member of the intercollegiate baseball team earning awards from the Pacific Athletic Honor Society. A fourth generation “Santa Cruzan,” Erik graduated from Harbor High School. He and his wife Shayna reside in Santa Cruz County with their sons, Kyle, Cameron, and Brayden.
