Erich Schultz

A founding partner in Compass Commercial, Erich has been active in commercial real estate brokerage since 1985. Prior to moving to Central Oregon, Erich was associated with Collier's International in Los Angeles and Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services in Denver (now CB Richard Ellis). His activities include representing buyers and sellers of buildings and land, assisting tenants in their relocations and renewals, and marketing space for building owners. Erich is one of only two Central Oregon members of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). The SIOR </Links/> is the leading professional commercial and industrial real estate association, representing today's most knowledgeable and experienced real estate industry practitioners. Society members provide essential brokerage services including consulting, negotiating, appraising, and maximizing the performance of investment portfolios.
