Erica Wolf

Erica Wolf is SW Realty Capital's lead Sales Director and licensed agent. Prior to managing the division, Erica spent years building the local fabric of New York City. She was Executive Director of the trade organization Save The Garment Center and was responsible for fundraising, press and industry education while interacting with US Senators, members of Congress and local government agencies like the New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC). She is currently the Co-Founder and Executive Director of the non-profit NYC Fashion M.A.D.E. Erica received her Bachelor’s of Arts in Organizational Studies from the University of Michigan and has a passion for investing in commercial and residential real estate. She has lived in Murray Hill with her husband and two kids.
