Erica Deschênes specializes in representing Landlords in Montreal. Working tirelessly on behalf of her roster of clients both institutional and private, in the last 30 months she has built up a portfolio of a million square feet of vacancy listings and has leased through over 475,000 sq. ft. in the last twelve months. Her agency work includes the leasing of assets owned by Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Allied Properties REIT, Canpro, FTQ, Cogir, and several independent owners. Erica is actively involved in the industry and supporting young real estate professionals. She holds an annual networking event at CBRE and is an active participant of CREW Montreal. In addition, Erica serves as a board member at the Montreal-West Tennis club and serves the LSC ski club as its social director, and a committee member for the missing children’s network. On the weekend you can find her on the ski hill or soccer field with her husband David, 6-year-old daughter Alexa and her 4-year-old son Benjamin.
