Eric Whitmer

Eric Whitmer is an Associate & Client Services Specialist at CBRE based in Newport Beach. Eric is part of the Sullivan-Nichols Team. Eric has worked as a lead on many of the Team’s listings in Southern California, leasing shopping centers from conception to completion. Working with clients such as SITE Centers, Shea Properties, LBA Properties, Inland Development, Vestar, RICH Development, Wood Investments and Evergreen Development. Eric started his career at Western Retail Advisors in 2012, creating research packages and aerial imagery to support site selection. During this time, he developed a thorough understanding of the Southern California Real Estate landscape.
