Mr. Weston previously worked for a Commercial Real Estate broker in Jersey City on the Sale and Leasing of Commercial property. Having developed relationships with Commercial lenders, Mr. Weston worked on the disposition of Commercial/ Industrial REO properties. Prior to entering Commercial Real Estate, Eric had spent 22 years in the Telecommunications industry. While with Bell Atlantic he served within the disciplines of Product Management with the introduction of new Custom Calling Services, Regulatory with tariff filings with the Board of Public Utilities and Real Estate handling the Lease/ License negotiations, billing/ cost reduction initiatives, construction, property management and environmental issues for Bell Atlantic Leased facilities and equipment easements. With Cellular One/ AT&T Wireless he worked within the System Implementation organization on the identification, leasing, approvals process and deployment of prospective cellular telephone sites. He subsequently project managed outside vendors in the acquisition, construction and maintenance of cell sites and coordinated AT&T Wireless Disaster Recovery in the expeditious acquisition/ deployment of temporary cell sites in Jersey City after the 9/11 World Trade Center attack to help facilitate the increased Emergency Services communications across the river. Mr. Weston enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons. He enjoys skiing, boating and watching his sons participate in various sports and Boy Scouting. Additionally, he is very active in his community having served as a Board of Trustee member and presently as an Active Riding member of the Glen Ridge Volunteer Ambulance Squad. Previously he has served as Captain, Board of Trustees Vice- President and Active Riding Member of the Montclair Volunteer Ambulance Unit. He also previously served as a Board of Trustee member of the Blood Center of New Jersey
