Eric is a highly motivated real estate developer, entrepreneur with a track record of 20+ years completing projects from new construction, land development and entitlement. Knowledgeable in the areas of development, construction, financing, land entitlement, completed more than 200 transactions. Also involved in international real estate, real estate investments and property management, both residential and commercial, in a variety of property types. Eric started his own real estate career in 2003. Originally from Argentina, fluent in English and Spanish, he combined his international experience with his real estate expertise while focusing locally to grow his real estate firm. Successfully built a team of professionals that provide top notch advice and services at every stage of the process. Straight forward individual, he is looking to continue developing successful deals, improving communities and creating opportunities for myself, his employees, his clients, his vendors and other investors. He is looking to continue growing his real estate firm while creating partnerships and alliances with others with the same objectives. Eric holds a Bachelor’s Degree in real estate from an accredited university in Argentina (Universidad de Moron). He attended various real estate seminars and conferences in the United States and worldwide and is a member of FIABCI (the International Real Estate Federation), the National Association of Home Builders and the Real Estate Developers Association.
