Eric Varner

Eric joined what is now Kelley Commercial Partners in 2013 as a member of the property management team. In 2017, Eric was selected by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) to be a member of the inaugural Next-Gen CPM Leadership Class. As one of 20 young professionals from around the United States, Eric was awarded the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation in less than 18 months. In 2018, Eric was elected as a shareholder partner of the firm. In 2023, Eric was elected as the firm's Vice President, expanding his role to include business recruitment, outreach, and brokerage work while continuing to oversee his property management responsibilities.
