Eric Turbak

Eric Turbak is the Principal of Turbak Commercial Real Estate Services, a boutique firm focusing on local ownership and properties. He specializes in industrial acquisition, sales, leasing and asset management. During his years in the real estate business Eric has been responsible for the acquisition, sales, leasing and asset management of projects consisting of several million square feet. Prior to forming Turbak Commercial Real Estate Services, Eric served as a Commercial Property Manager and Commercial Broker for the two of the largest Commercial Real Estate firms in the Puget Sound, where he led the firm's major portfolios. During his career he has leased, sold, managed, acquired and redeveloped commercial real estate projects throughout Puget Sound. He has earned the highest industry recognized designations as an expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate: Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM); Certified Property Manager (CPM); Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR); Licensed Washington Real Estate Managing Broker (Managing Broker).
