Eric Tudor

Eric has been a commercial real estate practitioner since 1997, the past nine as Tudor Collins Commercial Real Estate, and has concentrated his efforts in the acquisition & disposition of warehouse/industrial, office, investment, and retail properties. Before becoming a co-owner, with Patricia Collins, Eric & Patty owned the local Coldwell Banker Commercial franchise locally; prior to that, Eric was a top producing broker for a local brokerage firm in the Buffalo/WNY market. Eric's desire to offer his clients the highest quality of customer satisfaction with the most comprehensive commercial real estate services led him to Coldwell Banker Commercial Meridian in December of 2002. Eric's experience with fortune 500 companies and a proven track record of client satisfaction made him an excellent Addition. Eric has closed on over 500 transactions totaling millions of square feet and over $75,000,000 in volume of commercial real estate in the past 20 years.
