Eric joined Atlantic Capital Partners in 2023 as a Managing Director and Partner in the Boston office working to further advance the group’s well-established capital markets platform. Eric and his team work on behalf of both private and institutional owners of commercial real estate throughout Greater Boston, New England, and beyond. With over 14 years of experience, Eric has successfully worked on the disposition, acquisition, or recapitalization of hundreds of net lease retail, industrial, office, and medical office properties throughout the United States. His expertise further includes 1031 exchange transactions, sale-leaseback, portfolio analysis, build-to-suit analysis, and market evaluation. Throughout his career, Eric has executed over $1.3 billion in transaction value across 31 states. He has worked with a wide range of clients including high net worth private individuals, family offices, merchant developers, owner-occupiers, REITs, private equity groups, and offshore capital. Eric is a graduate of Connecticut College with a BA in History and English. Outside of the office, Eric is involved with Boston Children’s Hospital, the Cotting School, and Pine Street Inn. Eric lives in Weston, Massachusetts with his wife, daughter, and dog, and in his spare time enjoys playing golf, running, and travel.
