Eric Smith

Eric R. Smith came from a very unique and purpose filled background as a Blackhawk helicopter pilot and Executive Officer in the Army National Guard; his commitment to service goes beyond that of others in the industry. In addition to military service, Eric also taught 5th grade to special needs children in Harlem, NY through the revolutionary Teach for America program (2006-2008). Eric applies this same obligation to service and helping his clients. He is one of Voit Real Estate Service’s “Top Producing” brokers; completing over 325 transactions that totaled over $218 million in consideration. As a demonstration of Eric's expertise, he has achieved the highly coveted SIOR designation and became a full partner of Voit in 2021. He has been awarded Voit's "Grinder" award for being the hardest working individual in the office multiple times. He is focused on tenant/landlord and buyer/seller representation in the Industrial and Office markets of West Orange County and Southern California.
