Eric Schoof

Eric Schoof is responsible for the leasing and marketing of Airport Business Center located in Irvine, CA. In the 15 years since joining the company, he has been instrumental in maximizing the occupancy and value of the 68 building, 1.2 million square foot portfolio of buildings. Mr. Schoof is also responsible for market analysis, and works with the management team to maximize the value of the property. During his 39 year career he has been responsible for the leasing, sale, development and management of commercial real estate throughout Southern California. Before joining Koll in 2009, Schoof held positions as a Vice President and Director of Leasing overseeing a portfolio of office, retail and industrial properties. He holds a Bachelors degree in Finance-Real Estate from of California State University, Fullerton and is a California Real Estate Broker.
