Eric Schaefer
Principal and owner of Schaefer & Associates, LLC
Eric Schaefer has deep roots in Arizona, graduating from Phoenix Country Day School, followed by Washington University in St. Louis. He served in marketing and leadership roles at Nissan Motor Corporation, Autobytel, and Macromedia. Upon realizing that the corporate world was not for him, Eric came home to Arizona and joined Schaefer + Associates, LLC in 2002. His first day on the job involved digging holes for real estate signs in the sweltering heat of a Phoenix summer, and over the subsequent 20+ years he subsequently learned the business “from the ground up!” Eric has led the company through the rapid expansion of its property management portfolio throughout Arizona. Eric now owns Schaefer + Associates, LLC and serves as its Designated Broker. He remains involved as a hands-on property manager and works closely with his team and clients.
